Reminder for Compliance

1. Pursuant to the current regulation, the lack of surrendering leads to financial penalties of € 100 per non-surrendered allowance. This penalty does not liberate the operator or the aircraft operator from his surrendering obligation.

2. The procedures for surrendering are described in the Data Sheets for operators and aircraft operators.

3. Four eyes principle: by default, a surrender transaction must be initiated by an AR (authorised representative) and approved/validated by another AR.

4. Only one surrender transaction can be initiated. If you want to surrender several times, you need to approve/validate or reject the pending surrender transaction.

5. Operators and Aircraft operators can use indifferently general allowances and aviation allowances for their compliance.
